People film drunk man raping a middle aged women in Vizag

October 23, 2017: In a bizarre incident, passers-by were reportedly busy in video recording while a drunk man was raping a middle aged woman. Shockingly, the man raped the woman in broad day light and onlookers, instead of saving the woman, were filming the rape. No one came forward to rescue the woman. The incidence took place today at a busy road in Vizag.
