Apr 27, 2017: Veteran Bollywood actor Vinod Khanna passed away at a Mumbai hospital on Thursday morning. He was 70. Vinod Khanna – a sitting Bharatiya Janata Party member of the Lok Sabha from the Gurdaspur constituency in Punjab – was admitted to Sir H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre in Girgaon, Mumbai in the first week of April due to severe dehydration, sources said.

Media reports suggest, he breathed his last at around 11.20am today. He was reportedly suffering from bladder cancer.
The actor made his acting debut in 1968 with “Man Ka Meet”and he was last seen in the Shah Rukh Khan starrer “Dilwale” in 2015, DD News reports.
