Agartala (Tripura), Jan 26: Governor Kaptan Singh Solanki and Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb have extended their greetings and good wishes to the people of Tripura on the eve of #RepublicDay.

The Governor in his message said, “On this joyous 70th #RepublicDay, I extend warm greetings to the people of Tripura. I also convey my greetings and sincere gratitude to members of our Armed Forces and police for working tirelessly in maintaining the unity and integrity of the nation.”
“On this special day, I remember and pay tributes to the founding fathers of the nation who fought for our freedom and handed over to us a constitution that guarantees liberty, equality and justice,” the Governor added. In his message, the Governor also said, “there is no place for violence and intolerance in our country. Peace and harmony are the key features of our country.” “On this day, let us all make commitment for development and prosperousness of the country,” he added.
The Chief Minister also extended his warm greetings to the people on the eve of #RepublicDay. He also paid humble tribute to the great personalities who sacrificed their lives to save Sovereignty and Integrity of the country.

“Being citizen of the world’s largest democratic country, we all are respectful to our Constitution. Every citizen should join hands together for making the nation strong and developed,” said the Chief Minister.
