In a media briefing at Pradyot’s residence, Sachindra Debbarma said, ‘Pradyot Debbarma is the main reason behind party’s good performance in last Lok Sabha elections but he was ‘betrayed by a faction of veterans’. There exists a faction in the party which was always engaged in lobbyism and encouraged disorder.
