The schedule of Secondary, Madrasa Alim and Higher Secondary examinations (new syllabus) under Tripura Board for Secondary Examination was announced for the year 2023. According to the schedule, Higher Secondary examination will start from March 15 and will continue till April 19, Secondary examination will start on March 16 and will continue till April 18.
In a press meeting, president of TBSE Dr. Bhabatosh Saha announced the dates of secondary examinations on Tuesday.
According to the schedule of the Secondary examination, the examination will be conducted for English on March 16 (Thursday), for Language 1- Bengali/Hindi/kokborok/Mizo/Arab on March 18 (Saturday), for Social Science (History and Political Science) and Social Science (Economics and Geography) on March 21 (Tuesday), for Science (Biology) and Science (Physics and Chemistry) on March 23 (Thursday), for Mathematics (Basic) and Mathematics (Standard) on March 28 (Tuesday) and examination for an optional subject (LanguageNocational) — ANHY, SOCP, ELHA, IT, RETL and Theology (Tafsir and Hadish) will be conducted on April 18 (Tuesday).
He said there are altogether 162 examination centres for the Secondary examination this year. Total 43 thousand 503 students of the state will be taking Secondary and Madrasa Alim examinations.
The TBSE President also said, according to the schedule of Higher Secondary and Madrasa Fasil Arts and Madra Fasil Theology examination, the examination will be conducted for English on March 15 (Wednesday), for Bengali/Hindi/Kokborolc/Mizo on March 19 (Friday), for Chemistry, Political Science and Sociology and Islamic Studies on March 20 (Monday), for Business Studies, Education and Physics and Islamic History on March 22 (Wednesday), for Accountancy, Biology, History and Theology on March 24 (Friday), for Mathematics and Philosophy on March 27 (Monday), for Economics on March 29 (Wednesday), for Psychology on April I (Saturday), for Geography on April 3 (Monday), for Sanskrit, Statistics and Arab on April 5 (Wednesday), for Computer Science and Music on April 17 (Monday) and examination for 6th subject (Vocational) AGDW, AGGR, IT, PHI3, RETL and ELHA will be conducted on April 19 (Wednesday).
The TBSE President said, there are altogether 112 examination centres for Higher Secondary examination this year. Total 38 thousand 34 students will be taking the examination. Secretary of TBSE Dr. Dulal Dey and OSD of the Board were also present in the press conference.
