Nine Bullets Dominates Friends Union
Nine Bullets Club continued their impressive run, defeating Friends Union 2-0 on Sunday. With this win, they further consolidated their place in the top four of the league.
From the outset, Nine Bullets controlled the tempo of the game, launching relentless attacks on Friends Union’s defense.
Rajib Sadhan Jamatia opened the scoring in the 18th minute, capitalizing on a defensive lapse.
Despite numerous attempts, Friends Union were unable to break down Nine Bullets’ resolute defense in the first half.
In the second half, Nine Bullets continued to press forward, creating several scoring opportunities. However, they struggled to convert their chances, keeping the scoreline at 1-0. In the 83rd minute, James Rowat Fela sealed the victory for Nine Bullets, securing a valuable three points.
Bloodmouth Cruise Past Lalbahadur
Bloodmouth Club also enjoyed a comfortable win, defeating Lalbahadur 2-0. The match was evenly contested in the early stages, with both teams creating chances.
The breakthrough came in the 33rd minute when Bloodmouth’s Jishnu P. converted a penalty, giving his team a 1-0 lead.
In the second half, Bloodmouth continued to dominate, with Amit Jamatia doubling their advantage in the 6th minute.
Lalbahadur fought back but were unable to reduce the deficit, ultimately suffering a defeat.
