The youth, the foundation of a prosperous future, says Tripura Tourism Minister

Tripura Tourism Minister Sushanta Chowdhury said the youth, brimming with youthful vigor, are the future pillars of our nation, society, and civilization.

"The vibrant and energetic youth of India represents the nation's backbone, shaping its future trajectory", the Minister said while attending the state executive committee meeting and mandal empowerment training class program of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) Tripura Pradesh in Agartala on Friday.

Chowdhury aptly recognized the youth as the cornerstone of our nation's strength. With approximately 65 percent of India's population under the age of 35, these young individuals hold the key to propelling our country to new heights of development in the years to come. To empower this segment, the central government has initiated a range of development schemes specifically tailored to meet the needs and aspirations of the youth.

Since the change in governance in the state in 2018, the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha's leadership, characterized by honesty, efficiency, competence, and patriotism, has been instrumental in transforming the state's landscape. With a steadfast commitment to change, the BJYM has strived to realize the dream of creating an exemplary society, undoing the damage caused by the Left's 25-year misrule.

Chowdhury eloquently articulated the youth's pivotal role as the future builders of our country, nation, society, and civilization. He emphasized that the nation's prosperity and well-being are inextricably linked to the values, patriotism, and moral compass of its youth. To meet the nation's expectations, there is an urgent need to cultivate a generation of patriotic youth with strong moral foundations.

During the Left's 25-year reign, various negative elements, including corruption, nepotism, factionalism, and coercion, had reached alarming levels. Chowdhury passionately declared that it was the courage and unwavering spirit of the youth that liberated Tripura from the communists' tyrannical 25-year rule in the 2018 assembly elections.

He vividly described the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha's journey as one of illuminating the darkness with the torch of light, boldly standing against the self-serving communists who had tarnished the history of the state's youth society.

The BJYM, he asserted, is the embodiment of intelligence, thoughtfulness, and values. It is the beacon of hope and aspiration for countless individuals in our state.

Chowdhury exuded confidence that the grand initiative for the construction of a better Tripura, undertaken by the Yuva Morcha activists , will undoubtedly succeed through collective effort and relentless determination.
