Transcending from the idea of ‘I’ to collective ‘we’ mindset along with dedicated work efficiency will bring momentum for success of BJP in future, said Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb to the Prishtha Pramukhs.
He stressed the need to nurture the new generation workers of the organization and to make them prepare to take plunge of leadership in future through favourable ambience.
He directed the path ahead for both the experienced as well as newer Karyakartas of the party while addressing a conference of the Prishtha Pramukhs at 8-Town Bordwali assembly constituency in Agartala on Sunday.
Appreciating the efforts of the party’s Prishtha Pramukhs and encouraging them, he said, the smooth public relation built by the Prishtha Pramukhs defying the obstacles helped connect Tripura with the country’s mainstream development. Motivating the Karyakartas, Deb asked them to shun the notion of ‘I’ instead to focus working with the thoughts of ‘we’ collectively.
Deb said, the enthusiasm and devotion of the Prishtha Pramukhs towards their responsibility inspire him to a great extent.
Relating to the standard of the organization with the honour of the Prishtha Pramukhs, the Chief Minister termed the Prishtha Pramukhs as the lifeline of the Bharatiya Janata Party and hailed the herculean efforts of the Karyakartas and Prishtha Pramukhs.
BJP state president and MP Dr Manik Saha, BJP state general secretaries- Papia Datta and Kishore Barman, AMC Mayor Dipak Majumder, party’s 8-Town Bardowali Mandal president Sanjay Saha and others were present.
Meanwhile, Deb also participated in a thanks giving rally organized by 7-Ramnagar mandal in Agartala. The presence of women was noticeable in the rally. Local MLA Surajit Dutta and other leaders were present.
Addressing the gathering, Deb highlighted several developmental and welfare initiatives of the government, especially steps taken by the Government of Tripura to empower women of the State.
