Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Saturday to discuss various aspects of the state’s development and crucial issues.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister provided a comprehensive overview of ongoing development initiatives and future plans in Tripura.
The discussion was held on a wide array of crucial topics, including international flight connectivity with Bangladesh, the Agartala-Akhaura rail link project, the inauguration of services through the Bharat-Bangla Maitri Setu, and improvements in highway infrastructure.
Dr Manik Saha extended warm greetings to Prime Minister Modi for his successful tenure as the G20 Presidency holder. He sought the Prime Minister’s guidance on advancing the overall development of Tripura, emphasizing the importance of his mentorship in steering the state towards good governance.
In view of Prime Minister Modi’s upcoming birthday on September 17, Dr. Saha conveyed his early birthday wishes during the meeting.
