After inaugurating the Smart Call Centre, Tripura Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Dev Verma, who also holds the portfolio of Power department, has termed the initia- tive as a new page in the history of TSECL. The customer care centre will receive complaints in English, Hindi, Kokborok and Bengali from all over Tripura and ensure fault rectification efficiently. The facility will remain functional 24x7. The linemen will be pro- vided with vehicles along with equipments and safety gears.
