West Bengal Awaits Liberation from Trinamool's Misrule, says Tripura CM Dr Manik Saha

Chief Minister of Tripura Prof. Dr. Manik Saha on Wednesday said that the people of West Bengal are eagerly anticipating the opportunity to vote for BJP candidates to liberate themselves from the misrule of the Trinamool Congress.

He emphasized the lack of peace in West Bengal, describing the prevailing environment as one of chaos.

Tripura-CM-Dr-Manik-Saha-West-Bengal-Trinamool"People desire to live in a peaceful environment. Therefore, they are eagerly waiting to vote for Bharatiya Janata Party candidates to escape the misrule of the Trinamool Congress. BJP has set a target of winning 32 seats in West Bengal in this Lok Sabha election. The Trinamool Congress government is presiding over misrule here, prompting people to seek an escape," he explained.

The Chief Minister said this while participating in a road show organized in support of Dr. Anirban Ganguly, the BJP's nominated candidate for West Bengal's Jadavpur Lok Sabha constituency and chairman of the Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Foundation.

Speaking with the media, Dr. Saha expressed the anticipation among West Bengal's populace for June 4th, the day of the election results announcement.

"We are confident of achieving our target of 32 seats in Bengal. The Trinamool Congress government is plagued by corruption and mismanagement. People are eager to break free from this cycle of misrule, and the outcome of this Lok Sabha election will determine the future direction of West Bengal," he said.

Dr. Saha further said, "The Trinamool Congress is employing tactics similar to those used by the CPIM during their rule in Tripura, including violence, terrorism, and arson. However, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, we successfully ousted the Left Front from Tripura. The BJP came to power in Tripura in 2018, and in 2023, the party secured an absolute majority. Peaceful polling was also observed in two constituencies of Tripura during the Lok Sabha elections. The people yearn for peace."

Addressing a gathering later, Dr. Saha expressed the public's faith in PM Modi and the BJP, asserting that the latest reports indicate the BJP has already secured 300 seats.

"We are confident of surpassing 400 seats. In Tripura, we witnessed the misrule of the CPIM, and now the CPIM and Congress have formed an unholy alliance. However, we have guardians like PM Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and BJP National President JP Nadda. Just as we ousted the CPIM from Tripura under their leadership, I am confident that we will achieve the same in West Bengal. If the people of Tripura can do it, why not the people of West Bengal?" he concluded.
