ProMASS: Jan 05, 2017: Prime Narendra Modi today exhorted people to adopt the path of Guru Govind Singh ji Maharaj and maintain high moral values , standards and social harmony in their lives. Addressing devotees at Patna on the occasion of 350 th birth anniversary of Guru Govind Singh.
Mr. Modi said, Guru Gobind Singh ji’s entire life was devoted to serving the people and fighting for values of truth, justice and compassion. The Prime Minister said, he is delighted to be part of Prakash Parva celebration of Guru Gobind Singh ji. Earlier, he bowed in reverence in front of the holy Gurugranth Sahab.
Prime Minister Modi also released special commemorative stamps on Prakash Parv. Bihar Governor Ram Nath Kovind, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Punjab Chief Minister Prakash Singh Badal, Union Minsters Ravi Shankar Prasad Ram Vilash Paswan and Harsimrat Kaur were present on this occassion.
