September 04, 2017: Replying to a clarification sought by the State Government pertaining to teachers’ training, the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) today stated that teachers who were appointed before September 3, 2001, need not to undergo any training.
In the notification, Directorate of Elementary Education asked all elementary level (Class I-VIII) in-service untrained teachers in government or government-aided and private schools appointed on and from 03-09-2001 to enroll on NIOS portal- www.died.nios.ac.in on or before September 15 next.
The teachers may contact Help Desk of NIOS at Bir Chandra State Central Library with Trilokesh Dey in Agartala and Madhur Bhatia, Academic Officer of NIOS, New Delhi for any further assistance.
