Tripura: PM unveils Maharaja’s statue MBB Airport

Agartala, February 09, 2019: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today unveiled statue of Maharaja Bir Bikram Kishore Manikya in Agartala. The statue is installed at Agartala MBB Airport which was named after the Maharaja. After landing at MBB airport, Agartala, the Prime Minister unveiled the statue paying respect to royal heritage and cultural traditions of several ethnic communities of the State.

During the statue unveiling programme at MBB airport, among other Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb, Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Dev Varman, Revenue Minister NC Debbarma accompanied the Prime Minister.
