Tripura: BJP delivers blow to IPFT

January 02, 2018: In a surprise move, State BJP today roped in five youth IPFT leaders into party fold. BJP sources said, five IPFT leaders including an Asst Secy of Yuva IPFT have formally joined BJP in Agartala and State BJP prabhari Sunil Deodhar welcomed the new entrants.

It may be noted, IPFT supremo NC Debbarma is in New Delhi to hold talks relating to Poll alliance with BJP leaders. Meanwhile, BJP has delivered a major blow to IPFT today. The five IPFT leaders who today joined in Saffron brigade are listed as below.

1. Debandra Debbarma, IPFT Asst Secretary of Khowai
2. Ramananda Debbarma, Asst Secy of IPFT Youth wing.
3. Pushrai Debbarma, Divisional vice president of IPFT Youth wing
4. Sunil Tripura, Longtharai valley Divisional general secy of IPFT Youth wing
