Tripura MP pays homage to Dr Vikram Sarabhai

Agartala, August 12, 2019: On 100th birth anniversary of father of the Indian space programme – Dr Vikram Sarabhai, Tripura MP Pratima Bhoumik remembers Sarabhai’s contribution in space exploration and paid homage to Dr Sarabhai.

In a tweet, Pratima Bhoumik wrote, “Remembering the father of Indian space programme, #VikramSarabhai on his 100th birth anniversary. His pioneering contributions in creating institutions like @isro  & many others are great pillars of India’s growth story”.

Meanwhile, in a separate tweet, Bhoumik extended her Eid greetings. She wrote, “I convey my warm greetings and best wishes to our Muslim brethren on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Zuha. #EidAlAdha  #EidAdhaMubarak.
