March 29, 2018: Days of long queue in front front of petrol pumps for fueld appear to be ended as State Govt has taken initiative to store fuels.
“The State Government has come up with a plan so that people need not to wait hours in queue for purchasing fuels”, said the Chief Minister Biplab Deb.
Today Biplab Deb inaugurated a Petrol Tanker Wagon in Dharmanagar. Ensuring energy security, Deb launched BG Rail Tank Wagon facilities at IOC’s Dharmanagar depot. The facility has been designed to receive 25 BTPN Wagons, thus ensuring a supply of 1,675 KL of oil. The siding has been built with an investment of Rs. 2.5 crore.
During his maiden Dharmanagar visit, Deb also addressed a programme organized by Tripura Journalists Union. In his speech Deb urges scribes to be united. He also urged to point out loopholes in administration and government activities through positive criticisms.
