Agartala, September 25, 2019: World Pharmacist Day was observed at Regional Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology (RIPSAT) in Agartala today.
Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath inaugurated the programme. Speaking on the occasion, Nath said that faculty members of RIPSAT would be given UGC pay scale.
He said, “Those who are faculty members of this institution …. I should say UGC scale will be given to you very shortly”. Nath also said, all steps have been taken by the department and the State Government.
Nath also detailed on significance of the World Pharmacist Day and focused upon formation and upgradation of RIPSAT.
