PM interacts with beneficiaries of Central Schemes in Tripura

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana- Gramin (PMAY-G) has brought cheers to poverty stricken families so much so that one of the beneficiaries while interacting with the Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Agartala on Tuesday was so much overwhelmed that she broke down in tears.  

 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday interacted with the beneficiaries of various central schemes implemented in Tripura.

 

While interacting with the beneficiaries, the Prime Minister queried about various issues as well as shared his thoughts as a token of encouragement. The beneficiaries were visibly found to be happy while sharing their experience with the Prime Minister.

 

Before joining the public rally at Swami Vivekananda Maidan in Agartala, the Prime Minister had interactions with total 26 beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana- Ayushman Bharat, Jal Jeevan Mission, Deen Dayal Antyodaya Yojana- National Rural Livelihood Mission, PM-Kisan, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana- Gramin, Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana and those who received benefits from government’s paddy procurement drive at Minimum Support Price.

 

PM-Central-Scheme-TripuraFive beneficiaries- Binata Rani Singha, Mistu Saha, Tapashi Debnath, Manika Jamatia and Ayesha Begum under Deen Dayal Antyodaya Yojana- National Rural Livelihood Mission shared their success stories with the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister appreciated their efforts to become self-reliant.

 

The beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana – Ayushman Bharat scheme in the interaction included Gouri Rani Das, Nisha Rani Majumder, Sudhan Das and Sipra Debnath.

 

Under the Jal Jeevan Mission, there were four beneficiaries- Budhulaxmi Debbarma, Suchitra Debbarma, Payel Debbarma and Shilpi Das; free water connections were already ensured to their houses.

Jiten Debbarma, Bijoy Veen, Tulo Tulo Deb Bardhan and Ratan Chandra Das were among the beneficiaries under the PM-Kisan scheme who also had an opportunity with the Prime Minister.

 

The beneficiaries under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Gramin scheme- Sandha Gour, Ratna Shil Biswas, Suchitra Debbarma, Mridul Saha and Chandan Chakraborty were applauded during interaction with the Prime Minister.

 

During interaction, the beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana – Paramananda Sen and Ratan Chandra Das expressed their gratitude to the Prime Minister.

 

Three farmers- Abdul Rahim, Akbar Hossein and Bidhan Chandra Das shared their experience and expressed their gratitude to the government for introducing the paddy procurement drive at MSP.
