December 14, 2018: Ashok Gehlot will be the new Chief Minister of Rajasthan and Sachin Pilot will be his Deputy.

Briefing media in New Delhi, All India Congress Committee general secretary K C Venugopal said party president Rahul Gandhi has taken this decision after consultations with various leaders.
Talking to media, Mr Gehlot thanked everyone for giving him the opportunity to serve the people of Rajasthan.
He said Mr Gandhi raised the issues of unemployment and farm distress and as Chief Minister, he will work to deliver the promises made by the Congress President. (Source: AIR News)
