Such attitude may come from false idea which harms the health department the most, he said.

The corporate agencies that hire nurses like you, he continued, always keep close monitoring over your actions, you are compelled to give your best but the government gives you free hands with believe and it is up to you how you live up to the expatiations. He also laid emphasis on the shortcomings of the government and said, it is true that we are failing offer you what you deserve but we are committed to meet your demands in a very short span of time.
