PM Modi leads funeral procession of Atal Bihari Vajpayee

August 17, 2018: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is leading the funeral procession of Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Mr Modi along with BJP President Amit Shah, host of cabinet Ministers, many Chief Ministers are walking alongside Mr Vajpayee’s chariot.

Thousand of people are standing along the route till Smriti Sthal, where the mortal remains will be consigned to flames.

People are chanting slogan “Jab Tak Suraj Chand Rahega, Atal Ji Ka Naam Rahega” and Atal Ji Amar Rahe. (AIR News)
