Agartala, April 09, 2020: Jawans of 71 Bn CRPF distributed free ration items and medicines among the poor and needy people at Joynagar Kalabagan and Sachindra Nagar Colony, Jirania under West Tripura district on April 6 with the theme of “Serving Humanity”.
Amid complete lockdown A. K. Bharati, Commandant and team of 71 Bn. CRPF distributed free ration items & medicines to more than 100 poor and needy people. All beneficiaries were guided for maintaining social distancing norms. People were advised to stay in their home to stop spread of Corona virus and maintain personnel hygiene.
Krishanu De (Tribal Welfare Officer and Dy. Collector Jirania),. V. Srikanth (D/C 71 Bn CRPF) and local authorities were present.
