Abinash Bhil, son of a tea worker in Tripura has scripted an inspiring tale of success through his grit, perseverance, and never surrender attitude. While battling against poverty, he lost his father – but he did not lose focus. Along with intense efforts for ensuring livelihood, Abinash continued his study – the study was, in the true sense, self-study.

The youth Abinash Bhil hails from Jalilpur under Bamutia RD Block of Mohanpur Sub-Division in West Tripura District. Braving poverty and other adversities, he has cleared the Tripura Forest Service (TFS) examination and ranked fourth through self-study.

The achievement from the Bhil community is probably the first of its kind in the state. And, Abinash made it possible while managing the livelihood through self-earning.

His inspiring journey drew the attention of many and Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb was quick to react and encourage the youth.

Tripura-Forest-Service-Tea-WorkerChief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb hailed the success achieved by the youth and felicitated him at the civil secretariat on Thursday.

During the interaction, the Chief Minister also encouraged the youth to work for the development of tea workers as well as backward communities.

The Chief Minister said, Abinash, who belongs to a tea worker family, has set an example before the society and his success would build confidence among the backward people.

Deb pointed out that the achievement of the youth aptly indicates the transparent recruitment process of the government. His success also, once again, proves that sheer determination can beat the odds.

Meanwhile, SDM Mohanpur had visited Abinash’s home earlier to congratulate him on this achievement.
