Today, at a ceremony held in the Laljuri Block Conference Hall, these applications were formally handed over to Lead District Manager (LDM) Prasun Kanti Das.

The event was attended by Laljuri Block’s BDO Mayukh Datta Majumdar, special guest Aman Poddar, an RBI official from Agartala, and TRLM block staff including Roni Sutradhar (BMC), accountant Rajib Sinha, LC Sushmita Das, and office assistant Hrishikesh Das. Additionally, members of the Governing Body and Executive Committee of Pragati and Unnati CLFs, along with all active CSPs, contributed to the success of the event.

After receiving the applications, LDM Prasun Kanti Das expressed heartfelt gratitude to all CSPs, CLF members, and TRLM organizers for this historic initiative.

He assured that the over 450 insurance applications would be registered within the next few days at various bank branches, including PNB, TGB, TSCB, Canara, UCO, and SBI, and that insurance certificates would be issued to the beneficiaries at the earliest.

This success is not merely a story of numbers; it is a living example of collective effort, confidence, and self-reliance.

It demonstrates that with the right guidance and commitment, rural men and women can achieve the impossible.
