On the day of 115th birth anniversary of Maharaja Bir Bikram Manikya Bahadur, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP chief J.P. Nadda remembered the Maharaja of Tripura.
“Remembering Maharaja Bir Bikram Manikya Bahadur on his birth anniversary. His vision and leadership continue to inspire generations. He was a stalwart who worked tirelessly for the socio-economic progress of Tripura,” the Prime Minister tweeted.
The Home Minister in a tweet said, Maharaja had revitalized art and culture and promoted education across Tripura.
“On his birth anniversary, I humbly pay tribute to the architect of modern-day Tripura, Maharaja Bir Bikram Manikya Bahadur. Maharaja Ji revitalized art and culture and promoted education across Tripura. His ideals continue to inspire our vision for a prosperous Tripura,” he tweeted.
Nadda in his message said, Maharaja made significant contributions to preserving the cultural heritage of Tripura.

He was a pioneer who laid the foundation of modern Tripura and made significant contributions to preserving its cultural heritage. His vision of promoting unity and education continues to guide us in serving the people of Tripura,” the BJP chief tweeted.
