NE India Fashion Show: Madhumita Debnath Brings Laurels to Tripura
Dharmanagar, Jan 5: Madhumita Debnath, a promising young talent from Dharmanagar in North Tripura, has earned recognition at the North East–level fashion show competition, bringing pride to the state.
She was honoured for her impressive performance at the recently held Miss Teen North East India fashion show in Guwahati, Assam, where contestants from seven North Eastern states participated.
A resident of Digalbak Netaji Para under Dharmanagar subdivision, Madhumita Debnath is the daughter of Asamanj Debnath and Aparna Goswami Nath.
She is currently a Class VIII student of Golden Valley School. Despite her young age, Madhumita has consistently demonstrated confidence, talent, and stage presence in competitive platforms.
Earlier, Madhumita showcased her abilities at the grand finale of Tripura’s Got Talent Hunt, earning appreciation for her performance.
She also received a Certificate of Achievement in the Miss Teen – Best of the Best category at The Vision of Tripura competition, further establishing her growing reputation in the fashion and talent circuit.
Madhumita’s success has sparked celebrations among her family, relatives, well-wishers, and members of the cultural community in North Tripura.
The organisers of the Miss Teen North East India event congratulated her and wished her a bright and successful future.

Expressing their pride, Madhumita’s parents said her achievement at NE India Fashion show reflects their daughter’s dedication and discipline.
They added that they would continue to provide full support and encouragement to help her reach bigger platforms and represent Tripura at national and international levels in the future.
