Tripura has moved away from a State of neglect to a State of peace and prosperity. Every sector in Tripura has witnessed significant growth in the last 8 years of Modi-led Government, said National president of BJP Yuva Morcha (BJYM) Tejasvi Surya at Fatikroy in Tripura on Thursday (Dec 22).
Surya along with Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha and other BJYM leaders attended a ‘Yuva Vijay Sankalp Rally’ at Fatikroy today. Commenting on the rally, Surya, latter tweeted, “…Huge Gathering at Yuva Sankalp Rally in Fatikroy is reflective of aspirations being fulfilled by PM Sri @narendramodiJi & CM @DrManikSaha2 Ji.”
In his speech, the BJYM national president highlighted achievement of the BJP-led Government and effective implementation of several Central schemes. He also mentioned about the projects worth over Rs 4300 crore inaugurated by Prime Minister for the North East and in particular Tripura.
Referring to the upcoming Tripura National Law University & IIIT-Agartala, Surya said, “Tripura will emerge as a major centre of legal education & will have unique identity in the field of Information Technology.”
“Under States Startup Ranking Results 2021, Tripura was categorized as aspiring leader in India’s startup ecosystem. The young of Tripura are dreaming big with basic facilities fulfilled”, he asserted.
He also mentioned, “Tripura is developing as an important logistics hub of the Northeast. Agartala-Akhaura Railway line India-Thailand-Myanmar Highway Multi Sector-SEZ at Jalefa All of this combined with National Logistics Policy 2022 will turn Tripura into gateway of International trade”.
Tejasvi Surya highlighted the successful implement and achievement under the Krishi UDAN 2.0 scheme, Jal Jeevan Mission, Ayushman Bharat, PM Matru Vandana Yojana and other schemes.
“Tripura is one of the leading states when it comes to building houses for the poor. Under PM Awas Yojana, more than 1.98 lakh houses in rural & 62,000+ houses in urban areas have been completed. Poor in Tripura feel empowered today”, the BJYM national president said.
He also mentioned about improvement in health and other sectors in the State.
