Another brief spell of Nor’wester, known as Kaal Baishakhi on Monday night damaged a camp of the SPOs in Kalyanpur. Located at Amar Colony along the Teliamura-Khowai road under Kalyanpur Police Station, the Tin-roofed SPO camp was in precarious condition.
However, the SPOs spending the night in the camp escaped unhurt even as one of motorcycles kept inside the room of the Camp was badly damaged.
The Camp was in bad condition as rain water leaked into the room through the damaged roof. Moreover, there are electricity issues in the SPO camp, said SPO jawans.
