Agartala-Kolkata via Dhaka bus service to resume

The Agartala- Kolkata via Dhaka bus service is all set to resume from April 25 next.

The bus service was stalled for around two years following Covid restrictions in both countries.

The bus would depart from Agartala on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, according to official sources. The fare is Rs. 1800 per person including the tax of Bangladesh government.

As the air ticket in Agartala- Kolkata remains high, the bus service would give some sorts of relief to the passengers. Ticket booking has already started at the official counter at TRTC complex.

Meanwhile, the Bangladesh government recently resumed issuing tourist VISA to Indian nationals travelling from Agartala
