CM launches Intensified Pulse Polio immunization program
Tripura CM Biplab Kumar Deb launched the State Level Intensified Pulse Polio immunization program to continue our victory over Polio and Swastha Tripura Shrestha Tripura drive with the aim to make Anemia & TB Mukta Tripura.
“I am sure my beloved people of the state will take part in these immunisation drives wholeheartedly and under the leadership of Hon’ble PM Shri @narendramodiJi, we shall be able to vaccinate maximum number of the population”, Deb Tweeted on Thursday.
ADB to fund Rs 7-8000 cr in Tripura
Chief Secretary of Govt of Tripura Kumar Alok tweeted, Strategic Partnership Mission of ADB in Tripura has been successfully completed. ADB will be funding projects worth Rs 7-8000 Crore over the next 4-5 years excluding the current projects. In addition they will provide technical assistance and support for diagnostic studies.
He further wrote, Projects requiring regional cooperation with Bangladesh have also been identified and will be taken forward with consent of both country Governments.I thank Shri Sameer Khare,ED ADB and County Director Mr Takeo Konishi for taking this initiative.
Health screening of students
Health screening of students was conducted at Sakhicharan Higher Secondary school under Madya Pratapgarh UPSC in West Tripura on Thursday. As part of the screening, eye testing, hb percentage testing, HIV testing etc were conducted, a social media post by CMO West read.
