ProMASS News Bureau: Sep 26, 2016: Tearing apart Pak Prime Minister’s speech at UN General Assembly, Indian External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj called for isolating nations who speak the language of terrorism. Addressing the UN General Assembly, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj precisely and directly established a connection with the gathering of world leaders where her address was peppered with applause and absolutely stinging of Pakistan machinations.
Meanwhile, shortly after Swaraj finished her speech, Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted. “Congrats to EAM @SushmaSwaraj for a firm, effective & fine articulation of a wide range of global issues at UNGA.”
In a strong rebuttal of the baseless allegations made by Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s at the UN General Assembly about human rights violations by India in Kashmir, Ms. Swaraj said Sharif should first see what is happening in Balochistan which is witnessing the worst form of state oppression.
She also rejected Sharif’s remarks that India has placed pre-conditions for talks which are not acceptable to him. She said India has never set any condition for dialogues with Pakistan but has only tried to strengthen ties through friendly overtures. But in return it got Pathankot and Uri terror attacks.
She urged the world to isolate a country which does not want to join the world in acting against terrorism and told Pakistan without mincing any words that it should give up its Kashmir dreams. Sushma named and shamed Pakistan for aiding and abetting terror throughout the world.
