Feb 14, 2017: The indefinite Nagaland Bandh called by the Joint Coordination Committee (JCC) and the Nagaland Tribes Action Committee (NTAC) to continue indefinitely, however, the organizations have made special arrangements for the candidates and teachers involved in the High School Leaving Examinations and Higher Secondary Leaving Certificate Examinations will be allowed with special provisions.
According to a release issued by the NTAC Media Cell last evening said that even as the ongoing indefinite Bandh is total, measures to enable students appearing the HSLC & HSSLC Examinations of the Nagaland Board of Secondary Education has been made on persistent requests and appeals made by student’s communities and different organizations from various quarters.
Decision of exemption have been exclusively made for the activities for the Public transport, bus, taxi, sumo and private vehicles catering to the need of the students as well as officials involved in the above mentioned examination process.
