June 13, 2017: End of all apprehensions – Finance Minister of Tripura Bhanu Lal Saha today announced new pay and pension fixation formula for the State Government Employees and pensioners.
Speaking to Media, Saha said, the booster factor would be 2.25 and salary would be calculated accordingly. Using similar booster factor, pensions would be calculated and minimum pension has been hiked from Rs 3120 to Rs 7020.
Bhanu Lal Saha also informed the media, the average increase for Group-D employees would be Rs 4000, for Group-C employees it would be Rs 5500.00 , for Group-B officers the average increase would come up to Rs 9500.00 while for Group-A officers it would be Rs 15000. The average increase of all would come up to 19.68%.
