September 18, 2017: Launching verbal tirade against recruitment procedure of ruling CPIM, BJP unit of Tripura alleged Manik Sarkar led Government had created 13,000 vacant post illegally. BJP State president Biplab Deb and Prabhari Sunil Deodhar today criticized LF Government and blamed the Government for recruiting youths ‘violating’ norms and laws. BJP State leaders also claimed to address the ‘faulty’ recruitment policies of the CPIM, if voted into power after ensuing Assembly Polls.
Addressing a press conference today at Agartala Biplab Deb said, “Uncertainly is looming large over fate of 10,323 ‘terminated teachers’ along with more than Seven lakh unemployed youths of the State” due to faulty recruitment policies of the CPIM Government”. Deb also alleged, CPIM goons recently launched attack at the residence of the petitioner of 10323 teachers’ case in the Apex Court.
Notably, CPIM, mainly Youth wings of the Party launched unleashed campaign blitz highlighting BJP’s alleged role in creating cast over newly created 13 thousand vacant posts and stall recruitment of youths.
Countering the charge, Biplab Deb said, “If BJP comes to power in the next Assembly elections, all the sacked teachers will be accommodated as per the rule.”
After promising to implement the 7th Central Pay Commission for State Government employees in the very first cabinet meeting immediately after assuming power, State BJP makes today another promise – accommodating sacked teachers.
It remains to be seen, how people of Tripura react on promises made by BJP, especially in the wake up CPIM’s constant campaign of Modi Government’s failure to fulfil promises in run up to last LS Polls.
