Deforestation Concerns and Importance of Afforestation Highlighted at Dharmanagar's Van Mahotsav

The grand culmination of Dharmanagar's subdivision-based Van Mahotsav on Wednesday resonated with the message of environmental responsibility.

Sabhadhipati of Zilla Parishad Bhabatosh Das inaugurated the ceremony, joined by a distinguished panel including MLA Jadab Lal Debnath, District Police Superintendent Bhanupada Chakraborty, District Forest Officer Suman Malla, and Chairman of Dharmanagar Municipal Council Prodyut Dey Sarkar. Students from various schools and forest department officials actively participated, lending a vibrant energy to the event.
