Later, Tribal Welfare Minister and a local MLA Rampada Jamatia went to the spot and interacted with party workers to assess the situation.

The Minister condemned the attack on saffron party office and said, miscreants of some of the Opposition parties have become scared after witnessing joining of people in BJP. Out of the fear, they vandalized our party office. However, miscreants’ ploy to scare common people and prevent BJP from storming back to power will not be effective”.

Local Congress Party leader slammed the ruling party and said, BJP is fast losing grounds and that is why they are launching attacks on us.

Besides, tension started to build up at Jamjuri in Udaipur under the same district centering over Congress called ‘Jana Sampark Abhiyan’ on Saturday. Supporters of both the parties were on the verge of a showdown. However, the clash or violent fallout could be averted.
