While, ‘ending poverty and hunger’ are the two topmost goals included under ‘Social’, ensuring inclusive health and quality education are two other parameters. State may place slew of demands

Since NITI Aayog is one of the organizers of the Conclave, delegates from Tripura is likely to place a slew of demands and seek NITI Aayog’s intervention to expedite growth initiatives of the State Government. In this case, Tripura delegates led by Biplab Kumar Deb are likely to pitch for 90:10 funding pattern. Besides, fund grants by 15th Commission as per the State Government’s request and demand for more fund Externally Aided Projects – like World Bank and JICA projects – for ensuing holistic and sustainable growth of the State are likely to placed during the Conclave.
