In a recent organizational change, BJP national president J P Nadda on Friday designated new Prabharis (in-charges) for Tripura and five other regions: Assam, Chandigarh, Lakshadweep, Rajasthan, and Tamil Nadu.
The official notification from the BJP headquarters announced that former MP Dr. Rajdeep Roy has been appointed as the new Prabhari for the Tripura BJP.
Dr. Rajdeep Roy, the former BJP MP from Silchar, expressed his gratitude to the party’s senior leadership for this responsibility.
On social media, Dr. Roy shared, “Thankful to BJP national president JP Nadda for naming me as the Prabhari for Tripura state.”
Leaders of the Tripura Pradesh BJP including Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha extended good wishes and welcomed Dr Roy’s appointment.
