Two poachers gunned down in Kaziranga national park

In Assam, Special Task Force has gunned down two poachers in the Kaziranga national park. Park authority said that, security personnel intercepted a group of poachers last night at Bagori range.
Security personnel gunned down two poachers following exchange of fire. Arms and ammunitions were also recovered from the spot.

Security forces killed 20 poachers this year so far in and around the Kaziranga national park. On the other hand, poachers killed 15 precious rhinos of the park this year. (With inputs from AIR News)
