Tripura: Assam Rifles organize lecture on ‘Drug Abuse’

Agartala, February 07, 2019: As part of civic action programme, 29 Assam Rifles organised a lecture on ‘ill effect of drugs” at Kanchanpur in North Tripura District on today to sensitize the youth regarding Drug Addiction and it’s ill effects on individuals and society. The informative lecture covered various types of drugs and their effect on body and mind.

Assam Rifles has been running information Campaign in the state to wean away youth from Drugs. It may be noted here that the BJP-led State Government is striving to make Tripura a condiction free  State.
