Agartala, July 13, 2019: Three persons died on spot in the road accident in Manikbhander area under Dhalai District in Tripura today. Sources said, one speeding Maruti car (TR-04-B 0779) carrying three passengers hit a road side tree and crushed. Although three persons – Pancham Debnath of Salema, Ashim Debnath and Surajit Das of Kachucherra under Dhalai district died on spot, driver Liton Das was seriously injured. It is learnt, the car started from Kamalpur and was heading towards Salema. On its way, the car met accident – it may be noted, road accident in this area is a rare incident.
