September 18, 2018: US Consulate General, Public Affairs Officer & Director of American Centre, Jamie Dragon visited Tripura University today. He held a meeting with Vice Chancellor Dr. V.L.Dharurkar, Registrar Sanit Debroy, Deans, HODs and other Officers of the varsity.

During the meeting both sides discussed about matters pertaining to academic exchanges and cooperation related to Library manuscripts preservation etc. between concerned USA Universities, institutes and Tripura University. In the meeting, Dragon was accompanied by senior Consulate official Dipankar Dasgupta.
Earlier the Vice Chancellor welcome Dragon and Dasgupta in traditional manner.
