June 06, 2018: There is no food crisis and no one is leaving Tripura to other places in search of food – all of these are ‘malicious’ campaign unleashed by CPIM, the Chief Minister Biplab Deb said this while speaking to media person in Belonia today. He urged people not to pay heed to such campaigns. “The BJP-led Government has done more works in MNREGA during last two-and-half months compared to long LF tenure. The Government is trying to achieve growth through industrialization”, Deb said.
The Chief Minister Biplab Deb today arrived in Belonia and inaugurated three day long Jatra Utsav. The Utsav was organized by the ICT department. In his inaugural speech, Deb said Jatra can generate employment if Jatra becomes an art. “People of the State are great patron of art and culture. Jatra has huge acceptability”, Deb commented.
Earlier, He arrived at Belonia today afternoon and held a road show. Artists painted the road. He interacted with
media after the road show and slammed CPIM for spreading ‘false’ information. He said, the new BJP-led Government is actively working to slash down crime rate in the State and accordingly revamping Police administration.
