April 5, 2018: The State unit of BJP has focused on improving its organizational based in the State. After winning the election, BJP is all set to consolidate its organization and carry out its political movement. In this connection, zonal secretary of BJP’s North Eastern Zone Ajay Jamwal is currently on a three-day state visit. Today he held meetings in Udaipur with the local BJP leaders.
Jamwal today held a meeting at Matabari. Among others, State BJP general secretary Pratima Bhowmik, local MLAs – Biplab Ghosh and Ramapada Jamatia, district president Padma Mohan Jamatia. Later Jamwal also held a meeting at Bramhachhara under RK Pur in which MLA Pranajit Singha Roy was also present.
Sources said, buoyed after securing victory in Assembly polls, BJP is now eyeing to win in Lok Sabha Polls too. Strengthening the organization for upcoming LS Poll is one of important priorities for BJP. During post-poll period, BJP is facing problem of huge rush for joining. “In fact, after BJP emerged as winner, people from everywhere started to identify themselves as BJP sympathizers. It is surely a flood-like situation and we have to be extremely careful”, opined a local Party worker.
In today’s meetings Jamwal reportedly focused upon ‘new entrants’ issue and suggested measures to tame those people with evil intentions. In the wake poll success, augmenting organizational strength is essential for smooth functioning, opined a party worker at Matabari.
