May 4, 2018: People have voted for us and we need to work for the benefit of people – BJP works for development and growth, youths must work together ensuring that lotus keeps on blooming in Tripura. A positive working environment has now been created in Tripura for development. All India president of BJP Yuva Morcha Punam Mahajan said this today while addressing a Yuva conference in Agartala. Among others, BJP’s prabhari Sunil deodhar also addressed the youths. Besides, Yuva Morcha state president Tinku Roy, Health Minister Sudip Roy Barman, Education Ratan Lal Nath and Mahila Morcha State president Papiya Datta were also present in the conference.
Punam Mahajan arrived in Agartala in a one day tour to attend the Yuva Conference. Addressing the conference, she stressed on fulfilling people’s requirement. “Change of power in Tripura is not a small thing, the change assumes a lot of significance. After BJP-led Government assumed power in Tripura, right environment for implementing development for the benefit of common people”, Punam Mahajan said and urged youths to focus on their own strengths and work for the benefit of the society.
Cautioning against self compliance, Sunil Deodhar said, BJP has wrested power and now we have to work to ensure that the Party remains in power for next 25 years. “If anyone has joined BJP expecting to earn money, he should shed such idea. We have to ensure that BJP remains in power for 25 years”, he said.
Sounding clarion call against corruption, Sunil Deodhar said, next five years are crucial, we have to build up ‘corruption free’ Tripura. He asked the party activists to stay away from all sorts of corruption and cautioned against being appreciated. “Never do anything or indulge in anything that may harm image of the Party”, he said.
