Ven Dr. Dhammapiya, the Chairman of the Dhamma Deepa Foundation and Vice-Chancellor of Dhamma Dipa International Buddhist University, delivered a stirring address at the valedictory ceremony, emphasizing the critical role of values-based education and social harmony in nation-building.
