Chandra Kumar Bose, great Grandson of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose will be BJP candidate against Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee in Bhabanipur Assembly seat during the upcoming assembly elections in West Bengal. The announcement was made by BJP leader and Union Minister Smiriti Irani in New Delhi this evening.
Later, talking to reporters Mr. Chandra Kumar Bose alleged that the TMC government is extension of 34 year Left Front rule in the state. He said the BJP will bring a real change and development in the state.
The elections for 294 members state assembly will be held in six phases starting from 4th of next month. Meanwhile, BJP Central Election Committee meeting is underway at party headquarters to finalize the list of candidates for the assembly polls.
