May 28, 2017: The Central Board of Secondary Education will announce results of class 12 of all regions this morning. The results will be available on the websites- www.results.nic.in, www.cbseresults.nic.in and www.cbse.nic.in.
AIR News reports, CBSE has maintained that it will follow the Delhi High Court order on the moderation policy which stated the decision by the CBSE to scrap moderation policy would have a drastic effect on the students. The moderation policy was scrapped last month.
Moderation policy is a practice in which students are given extra marks in subjects regarded unusually difficult, or when there have been differences in the sets of question papers. Prior to the court order, CBSE had decided to remove the Moderation Policy this year in order to keep the inflation of marks in check.
