February 01, 2018: Congress President Rahul Gandhi has criticized the budget saying the government is still promising the farmers a fair price of their produce after four years of its rule.
In a tweet, Mr. Gandhi said, budget proposals include fancy schemes with no matching grants. He alleged the government has not been able to provide jobs to the youth.
Earlier, party leader P Chidambaram said, there is no tax relief to the average tax-payer. (AIR News)
